Obvisously bad sign, bringing possible death in family or relatives, probable problems, accidents, illnesses and more such "good" things. But there are some modifiers applied on it, connected by different situacions in which you can see blood or bloody things. Lets Look onto it:
Black blood see: Serious illness.
Red blood: Joy.
Spill much blood: Wealth.
Bath in blood: You will suffer greatly.
On ground: Crime.
Drink: Money.
Spit: Enemies vilify you.
Clean: Place you are is connected with crime.
Bleeding from nose: Problems in family.
