And happy new year, that is what i want to wish all of you. Im writing this text at very morning of day after christmas eve, and im a little confused about all of this. Most people now find whole christmas only time of stress and problems (and big expenses) no time of joy, when families should be together. Problem is, that christmas changed from holly time, to time of commerce, when everybody wants to sell goods they had whole year in warehouse. Time when people are mad, they run into supermarkets and buy everything there. Its sad, time when children got some friut and cheap toys is gone, they now demand televisions, computers etc. I just hope that some day people willl wake up and renew this time as time of peace and joy, not time of problems.

Pak ale začalo přátel u stolu ubývat. Jednou chyběl ten, pak onen. Václav Jedna nemohl, Václav Dvě měl chřipku, Jiří Jedna byl na sympoziu, Jarmilka měla něco v televizi, Honza Dvě spadl s koně na hlavu a zapomínal, takže zapomněl a tak dál. Někteří spolu přestali hovořit, protože jim ten druhý byl najednou moc doleva nebo doprava.

Herec, který pondělky vymyslel, pak přestal sám pomalu docházet, jednou měl pořád víc práce, jak v televizích přibývalo pitomých seriálů, jež musely být dabovány do češtiny, protože jejich publikum nestíhá číst titulky, jednou mu nebylo dobře, taky už není nejmladší, pak ho nechtěla pustit mladá manželka, jež odmítala být sama doma s dítětem…

Jeden čas jsem mu posílal vždy před prvním pondělí esemesky: Vážený pane Snope, v pondělí se koná takzvané Snopovo první pondělí, nezapomeňte přijít, váš Václav Snop. Odpovídal mi také Vážený pane Snope, ale stejně nepřišel.

Zkusil jsem je lákat osobně. Zašel jsem za malířem, byl rád, že mě vidí, ale když jsem se zeptal, zdali přijde, krčil posmutněle rameny: Vždyť mě přece znáš, víš, jak já na tom jsem… Vím, jak na tom je. Chlastá. Cestou se zastaví a už se na první pondělí nedostane.

Advokáta potkávám na ulici, je mu upřímně líto, že se nesetkáváme, a lituje těch báječných dob, kdy jsme se tak nějak víc vídali, toho obyčejného kamarádství… Tak choď, volej, měj iniciativu… povídám. Vždyť to znáš… pokrčí posmutněle rameny, a navíc jsem se teď odstěhoval do novýho baráku, je to teda třicet kilometrů od Prahy, fakt je to senzační, i když teda v tý vesnici nikoho neznáme, ale kdybych si s váma v pondělí dal pivo, stály by mě taxíky tisíce…

Nevím ovšem, proč a jak přesvědčovat pubertální dívčinu z hor, která už protelefonovala majlant, že je pouze obětí mediálně-ekonomické manipulace. Prostě nevím a ani nechci vědět. Obávám se totiž, že valnou část zájmu o jakékoli vzrušení, o jakkoli pojatý druh zábavy, způsobuje ona otázka po probuzení – co budu s tím časem vlastně dělat? Eo ipso – co budu dělat se sebou samým?

Nabízet v takto tržně pojatých seriálech protihodnotu a konkurenci ve formě „umění s nejvyšší značkou kvality „ je ovšem nesmysl. “

Televizní přednes Máchova Máje nezpůsobí lavinu SMS výkřiků a na finále mistrovství světa ve fotbale se také bude dívat více lidí než fanoušků Hamleta, kteří to ani toho památného fotbalového večera bez „být či nebýt“ nevydrží.

Z praktického hlediska může být zajímavé skutečně vyčerpávající „vyhodnocení“ paralelního seriálu „z vily goril“. Odhalení by totiž mohlo spočívat i v nesmírně cenném materiálu pro funkci, funkčnost a obecně – „strategii dramaturgie" veřejnoprávních sdělovacích prostředků.

Dost možná by se mohlo stát podkladem pro stanovení hranic možností „seriózních a bulvárních médií“ ve vlivu na diváka či posluchače.

Projekt sdružení GEMINI s názvem „Český snář“ vychází z faktu, že většina dětí narozených po roce 1989 má naprosto neodpovídající představu o vzniku myšlenky komunismu a formách její realizace v naší zemi (i přesto, že dodnes jsou na světě země, v nichž vládne komunistický režim), o procesech padesátých let, o roce 1968 u nás a ve světě, o období normalizace, Sametové revoluci atd. Projekt si klade za cíl sestavit interaktivní vzdělávací program, pomocí kterého může sdružení GEMINI nejenom svým členům, ale i dětem na pražských základních školách nabízet zajímavou a poutavou formou seznámení s tématem historie komunismu v nedávných dějinách naší země. Jedním z patronů projektu je spisovatel Ludvík Vaculík, který pro něj laskavě zapůjčil i název svého románu Český snář.
